Josh Lanzetta Law

Josh Lanzetta is an attorney and retired member of the United States Telemark Ski team. 

​

 Josh spent his formative years building houses before attending law school to study land use and environmental law at the University of Denver, in Denver, Colorado.

​

Decades of hands-on development experience and advanced degrees in land use law and environmental policy enables Josh to uniquely understand and advise clients engaged in the complex business of real estate development and special permitting.   

​

When he's not at work, Josh can be found skiing, surfing, lifting heavy things, and coaching Little League.
